Bookings
When you request or confirm a stay, you enter into a rental agreement with the host. The platform helps you discover listings, communicate, and manage reservations. Pricing, house rules, and cancellation terms are set by each host and shown before you book.
Host listings
Hosts are responsible for accurate listing details, lawful rentals, and honoring confirmed reservations. Listings may be reviewed, approved, or removed if they violate our policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, post false information, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any stay booked through it.
