Dispute resolution

The T1 Resolution workflow

If an issue arises during or after your stay, follow the T1 Resolution workflow below.

  1. Notice of dispute

    The host or guest opens a ticket at support@t1stays.com.

  2. Evidence submission

    T1 Stays requests supporting evidence (photos, receipts, and related documentation) within 48 hours.

  3. The T1 determination

    T1 Support reviews the evidence submitted by both parties.

  4. Final decision

    T1 issues a credit or debit to the relevant Stripe account. Per Section 7 of the T1 Stays Terms of Service, T1 Stays has acted as an impartial mediator. This decision is final.
